By using The Dice Game. (the app or this website), you agree to these terms.
Playing together
The Dice Game is a group game using Pips scores, categories, reflex rounds and group rules. Fewest pips wins. Players agree results and can skip an action without a penalty.
Respect other players, adapt gestures or use spoken cues, and choose a pace that works for everyone. Follow the platform age rating and any applicable local requirements.
In-app purchases
The iOS app is not yet available on the App Store. When it launches, in-app purchases will be processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. For App Store refund requests, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Purchase options, pricing, and restore-purchase details will be confirmed before the app launches. The physical kit is also coming soon, and this website does not currently accept any orders or payments.
Intellectual property
The Dice Game., the brand, the rules, the categories, the visual design, and all card content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission.
You’re welcome to use the app to play with friends however you want. You’re not welcome to screenshot the entire deck and post it as your own party game.
User conduct
Don’t use the app to harass anyone. Don’t use it to facilitate illegal activity. Don’t try to break the IAP system, manipulate the app’s behavior, or extract its content programmatically.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is.” We do everything we can to make it work, but we don’t guarantee it’ll be bug-free or always available. If it breaks during your party, we’re sorry.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data or interruptions to gameplay.
Changes
We may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
